Our Anxiety and Overthinking Collection is a series of four Art for Wellness Boxes encompasses a creative journey to soothe anxiety, calm overthinking, and embrace mental clarity through mindful art practices. Each box provides four weeks of guided art therapy practices designed to support your growth and healing journey. A comprehensive booklet includes both psychoeducation and art therapy prompts. There are four boxes in this series and you will receive one box per month. Each box builds on the previous box with different art prompts, psychoeducation and art materials however, you can also buy the boxes seperately.
