How will I know what to do?

Each box comes with a comprehensive booklet that includes some psychoeducational material on the theme of the box, and includes art prompts for you to do as well as reflection questions for you to complete so you can get a deeper understanding of your creative expressions. 

Do you need to buy your own art materials?

No, each box has the relevant art materials for the art prompts in the booklet. 

Can you buy one single box in a collection?

Yes, you can buy one single box in the collection. You do not have to buy the entire collection, you can choose which of the boxes in the collection interests you most however, each box has some education around the theme and one box often builds on the previous box. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom

Do I have to share my artwork in the group art-making session?

No, you do not have to share any of your art work if you do not feel comfortable.
